EFT Tapping Points
Example Tapping Session (Brian’s version}
Choose a negative emotion that you’re feeling which is at least an 8 on a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the worst. What number is it?
When you say the issue out loud, do you feel anything (like a pain or tightness) anywhere in your body? If so, Become aware of it and how it feels.

When you say the issue out loud, do you feel anything (like a pain or tightness) anywhere in your body? If so, Become aware of it and how it feels.
Here is the procedure:
For the reminders, use whatever words help you to connect the most-deeply with the emotion. Feel free to change them, even as you’re tapping. You may find forgotten or underlying issues. If you do, tap on them as you go, or in a separate session.
SoH (Side of Hand, setup phrase. Repeat 3x while tapping your “karate chop” points together) “Even though I feel like I’m a worthless piece of garbage, I still love, forgive and accept myself deeply and completely.”
First round of tapping: (tap about 7x on each point, use 3 fingers)
- Eyebrow (EB) “I’m a piece of garbage”.
- Side of Eye (SoE) “I’m totally worthless”.
- Under the Eye (UtE) “My mom was right; I am a piece of garbage”.
- Under the Nose (UtN) “I’m a total failure”.
- Chin “No wonder I’m homeless”.
- Collar Bone (CB) “There’s nothing good about me”.
- Under the Arm (UtA) “I’m a failure at everything”
- Top of Head (ToH) “Everybody’s right. I’m a worthless piece of garbage”.
Second round of tapping: (Looking at the positive side)
- EB “And yet I know, nobody’s perfect”
- SoE “Everybody has their flaws”
- UtE “I’m a good person”
- UtN “and help them out when I can”
- Chin “I always do the right thing”.
- CB “I have a good heart”
- UtA “and I deserve to be loved and appreciated.”
Third round of tapping: (Choosing to make things better)
- ToH “And so I now choose…”
- EB “To love, forgive and accept myself deeply and completely”
- SoE “to know that I am truly worthy of being loved”
- UtE “because at my core,”
- UtN “no matter what I say or do, even if I mess up”
- Chin “I am loving, loveable and loved “
- UtA “and I always deserve love”.
